工作原理
電感式接近開關屬於一種(zhǒng)有(yǒu)開關量輸出(chū)的(de)位置傳感器(qì),它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處(chù)理電路組成,利用(yòng)金(jīn)屬物體在接近這個能產生(shēng)電磁場的振蕩感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流(liú)。這個渦流反作用於接近開(kāi)關,使接近開關振蕩能力衰減,內部電(diàn)路的參數(shù)發生(shēng)變化,由此識別出有無(wú)金屬物體接近,進而控製開(kāi)關的通或斷。這(zhè)種接(jiē)近開關所能(néng)檢測的物體必(bì)須是金(jīn)屬導電體(tǐ)

電感(gǎn)式接近開關由三大部分組成:振蕩器(qì)、開關電路及放大輸出電(diàn)路(lù)。振蕩器產生一個變(biàn)交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生(shēng)渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的(de)變化被後級放(fàng)大電路處理並轉換(huàn)成開關信號,觸發驅動控製(zhì)器件(jiàn),從而達到非接觸式之檢(jiǎn)測目的。
目標離傳感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳(chuán)感器振蕩器的電流越小
