工作原理
電感式接近開(kāi)關屬於一種有開關量輸(shū)出的位置傳感(gǎn)器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利用金屬(shǔ)物體在接近這個能產生電(diàn)磁場的振蕩感(gǎn)應頭時,使物體內部產生(shēng)渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近開關(guān)振蕩能力衰減,內部電路(lù)的參數發生變化,由此識別出有無金(jīn)屬物體接近,進而控製開關的通或斷。這種接近開(kāi)關所能(néng)檢測的物體必須是(shì)金屬導電體

電感式(shì)接近開關由三大(dà)部分(fèn)組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從(cóng)而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩(dàng)及停振的變化(huà)被後級放大電路處理並(bìng)轉換成開關信號,觸發驅動控製(zhì)器件,從而達到非接觸式之檢測(cè)目的。
