工作原理
電感式(shì)接近開關(guān)屬於一種有開關(guān)量輸出的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放(fàng)大處理電路組成,利用金屬物體在接近這個能產生電(diàn)磁場的振蕩(dàng)感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接(jiē)近開關(guān),使接近開關振(zhèn)蕩能力衰(shuāi)減,內部電路的參數發生(shēng)變化,由此識別出有無金屬物體接近,進(jìn)而(ér)控製(zhì)開關(guān)的通或斷。這種接近開關所能檢測的物體必須是金屬導電體

電感式接近開關由三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩器(qì)產(chǎn)生(shēng)一個變交磁場,並 達到感應(yīng)距離時(shí),在金屬目標內(nèi)產生(shēng)渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減(jiǎn),以至停振。
振蕩器振(zhèn)蕩及停振的變化被後級放大電路處理並轉(zhuǎn)換成開關信號,觸發驅動(dòng)控製器件,從而達到(dào)非接觸式之(zhī)檢測目的。
目標離傳感器越近(jìn),線圈內的(de)阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳感器振蕩器的電流越小
