工作原理
電感式(shì)接近開關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位(wèi)置傳感器,它由LC高(gāo)頻振蕩器和放大處理(lǐ)電路組成(chéng),利用金屬物體在接近這個能產生電磁(cí)場的振(zhèn)蕩感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近開關振蕩能力衰(shuāi)減,內部電路的參數發生變化,由此(cǐ)識別出有無金屬物體接近,進而控製開關的通或斷。這種接(jiē)近開關所能檢測的物體(tǐ)必須是金屬導電體

電感式接近開關由三大部分組(zǔ)成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振(zhèn)蕩器產生一個變(biàn)交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金(jīn)屬目標內產生渦流(liú),從而導致振蕩衰(shuāi)減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及(jí)停振(zhèn)的變(biàn)化被後級(jí)放大電路處理(lǐ)並轉(zhuǎn)換成開關信號,觸發驅動控製器(qì)件,從而(ér)達到非接觸式之檢測目的。
目標離傳(chuán)感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越(yuè)大,傳感器振蕩器的電(diàn)流越小
