工作原理
電感式接近開關屬於一種(zhǒng)有開關量輸出的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)器和(hé)放大處理電路組成,利用金屬物體在接近這(zhè)個能產生電磁場的振蕩感應頭(tóu)時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接(jiē)近開關(guān)振蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參數發生變化,由此識別出有(yǒu)無(wú)金屬物體接近,進而(ér)控製開關(guān)的(de)通或斷。這種接近開關所能檢測的物體必須是金屬導電體

電感式接近開(kāi)關由(yóu)三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)產生一個變交(jiāo)磁(cí)場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至(zhì)停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化被後級放大電路處理並轉換成開關信號,觸發驅動控(kòng)製器件,從而達到非接觸式之檢測(cè)目的。
目標離傳感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻(zǔ)尼越大,傳感器振蕩器的(de)電流越小
